At HillCase, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you wish to return an item, you can choose to keep the product and pay a $10 shipping fee, without returning the phone case.

30-Day Risk Free Return Policy

When you receive item(s) that is defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. For faster assistance with a return or exchange claim, please email us with your order number, contact information, returning reason and photos concerning the damages or flaws(if applicable). Please keep all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

  1. Returns with product quality problems:We offer free shipping in this case. We will prepare you a return label and please return your order to the sender address.
  2. Returns with non-quality problems:You need to bear shipping cost in this case

Hassle-Free Exchange

A hassle-free exchange is ready if it is in stock. You can exchange your item(s) within 24 hours you placed the order and before your package was shipped out. If your package has been shipped out, we will not accept your replacement request, but you can refuse to accept the package after it arrives. Please keep in mind, you will be charged $10 for returning in this case.

Order Cancellation

For canceling an order which has not been processed, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders whose parcels have already been processed can not be canceled. You can refuse the package after it arrives. Please keep in mind, you will be charged $10 for returning in this case.

General information for all returns:

  1.  You are free to return any item within 30 days of receipt.
  2. All returned items must be disassembled and repackaged as they were originally received.
  3. We provide prepaid return label for returns with quality and delivery problems(No extra returning fee), but charge $10 for returning for returns with non-quality problems.
  4. You will be responsible for shipping the products to the return address.
  5. We strongly suggest using UPS delivery method when making your return. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit; you will be responsible for filing a shipping claim.
